TowerCap Provides $1 Million Factoring Facility to Staffing Company Following Rapid Return to Growth

TowerCap has provided a $1 million factoring facility to an Arkansas-based staffing company following a sharp return to growth after an extended period of limited trading.

The company provides skilled and general labor for disaster response and restoration projects across the country. It had traded successfully for several years before the unplanned extended absence of a key principal resulted in limited revenues over the prior 12 months. Shortly after the principal's return, the company experienced a rapid increase in activity and a corresponding need for working capital. Despite its limited recent trading history and significant single-debtor exposure, TowerCap was able to underwrite and structure a $1 million factoring facility.

As a key party in the company's operations, the principal's absence had resulted in the business operating at a fraction of its previous level. By early 2026, the principal had returned, work was building quickly and the company began rebuilding volumes at pace. The speed of that growth, however, placed pressure on cash flow.

TowerCap structured the facility against the company's receivables, providing access to working capital as the business rebuilds its workforce and takes on new assignments.

"Recent financial performance doesn't always tell you what a business looks like today," said Saul Gewer, Chief Revenue Officer at TowerCap. "In this case, we were able to understand what had caused the interruption in trading, assess the strength of the receivables and get comfortable with the debtor concentration. That allowed us to structure a facility around where the business is going rather than simply where it has been."

The $1 million facility gives the company the working capital to support its return to growth, while demonstrating TowerCap's ability to consider transactions where limited recent trading history or high customer concentration can make conventional funding difficult.
