Franklin Capital Network Expands Leadership Team with Gammie Chung as VP, Head of A/R Administration
Experienced Commercial Finance Executive Brings 20 Years of Factoring, Credit and Portfolio Management Expertise
HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. — September 2, 2026 — Franklin Capital Network, a leading provider of flexible working capital solutions to growing businesses, is pleased to announce the addition of Gammie Chung as Vice President, Head of A/R Administration. Chung brings 20 years of commercial finance experience to Franklin, with extensive expertise in factoring, asset-based lending, credit, underwriting, portfolio management, and client relationship strategy.
In her new role, Chung will oversee Franklin’s accounts receivable administration function, working closely with the company’s operations, credit and client service teams as Franklin continues to expand its portfolio and financing capabilities.

With 20 years of commercial finance experience, Chung has held leadership roles spanning credit, underwriting, portfolio management, client service, and operations. Most recently, she served as Team Leader at Republic Business Credit, overseeing credit quality, portfolio performance, and strategic risk management for a $325 million-plus non-recourse factoring portfolio supporting more than 60 commercial clients.

Chung is also actively involved with the Secured Finance Network (SFNet). She was selected as a mentor for the organization’s 2026 Mentorship Program and previously served as a panelist at its 2024 Emerging Leaders Summit. In addition, she is bilingual in Korean and fluent in Spanish.
