FactorCloud Announces Two New Hires and Executive Promotion

Danielle LaPaglia joins FactorCloud as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing 20 years of experience in the factoring industry. She began her career on the operations side implementing FactorSoft before transitioning into enterprise sales at Jack Henry, where she achieved 211% of quota this year and was named Sales Executive of the Year in 2024. LaPaglia will represent FactorCloud alongside Wallace Vaughan at upcoming IFA events.

Malorie Gritts joins FactorCloud in Client Relations. She began her career in factoring account management at CJM Financial before transitioning into customer experience roles, bringing both industry knowledge and a strong understanding of client service to her new position.

Amanda Henke has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. During her four years with FactorCloud, Henke has played an integral role in the company’s operations and has contributed to many of the processes and initiatives that support the organization today.
