Flexent Appoints Industry Veteran Robinn Mikalic as District Sales Manager

Robinn brings more than 30 years of commercial finance experience to the role, with deep expertise in payroll funding, invoice factoring, staffing finance, and asset-based lending. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held senior business development and sales leadership positions, earning a reputation for building national referral networks and helping business owners navigate complex cash flow challenges. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Robinn is a dedicated civic leader and philanthropist. She has served as a local Borough Councilperson since 2024 and is the founder of Community Foundation Group Inc., an organization that provides iPads to non-verbal autistic children. Driven by family legacy, she also hosted an annual charity golf outing for the past 15 years - honoring her late brother-in-law, Stephen Mikalic, to raise vital funds for the Policemen's Benevolent Association. Her extensive community work also includes partnering with local blind associations, building beds for area shelters, and organizing annual holiday celebrations for local families.
