Climate First Bank Welcomes Travis Padilla as VP, Business Development Officer, Structured Finance

Climate First Bank is excited to announce the hiring of Travis Padilla, Vice President, Business Development Officer - Structured Finance.

Padilla brings more than 20 years of experience in factoring, asset based lending and working capital solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked with business owners, lenders, and referral partners to develop financing solutions that support growth, improve liquidity, and optimize cash flow.

In his new role, Padilla will focus on expanding Climate First Bank's structured finance division and developing relationships with businesses and referral sources nationwide.
