Zadek Reacquires Full Ownership and Control of Lenders Funding

As a result of an equity buyback, Bob Zadek, of counsel at Buchalter, reacquired full ownership and control as managing member and CEO of Lenders Funding, a specialty finance company and factoring participant founded by Zadek in 2000. 

With more than 100 years of experience in factoring, asset-based lending, trade finance, lender finance, rediscount and participation experience, Zadek, John Benkovich (chief operating officer and chief credit officer) and Jean Madden (controller) are able to structure and close transactions quickly, creatively and flexibly. Clients’ needs are directly and expeditiously met by this team without loan officers or middle managers.
