XEN Announces Two New Hires

XEN, the game-changing loan management platform taking the commercial finance industry by storm, is happy to announce the following recent hires:

Alexander Kayfetz-Gaum has joined XEN as Vice President of Operations. Alex brings to XEN his extensive experience in operational leadership and customer strategy, most recently as Senior Director of Customer Strategy & Success at Torch. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Yale University, where he was actively involved in the Yale Class Council, served as Editor-in-Chief of The Politic, and participated in the Yale Club Golf team. His expertise in scaling teams and driving operational excellence will be invaluable as XEN continues its rapid growth and disruptive innovation.

Roberto DeGennaro has joined as Vice President of Engineering. Roberto brings over 25 years of engineering wisdom and leadership to the team. Roberto joins us from Torch, where he was Director of Engineering for over four years. Previously, Roberto was the Head of Engineering at Everwise, which was successfully sold to Torch under his leadership and, prior to that he has been instrumental in building and scaling multiple technology startups. Roberto’s broad senior leadership experience and deep technology expertise will be instrumental in XEN’s ongoing mission to build a lending platform beyond comparison.
