Triumph Launches Office of Transformation, Names Mona Abou-Sayed to Lead Initiative
Triumph has launched a new Office of Transformation aimed at advancing operational excellence and building on the company’s Lean initiatives over the past year. The new office will work alongside leaders across the organization to simplify processes, strengthen alignment and identify opportunities to leverage emerging capabilities, including artificial intelligence, to improve customer outcomes.
Mona Abou-Sayed has joined Triumph as Senior Vice President and Leader of the Office of Transformation. Abou-Sayed brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise transformation and continuous improvement, including recent work with Lean Focus supporting Triumph directly.
Through the new initiative, Triumph plans to turn its ongoing operational improvements into stronger outcomes for both its customers and the team members who serve them.
