Todd Witmer Joins Austin Financial Services as Senior Vice President, BDO, for the Midwest Region

October 13, 2025 - Austin Financial Services, Inc. (AFS) is pleased to announce that Todd Witmer has joined the AFS team as Senior Vice President, BDO, for the Midwest Region. 

In this role, he will spearhead the company’s business development efforts across the Midwest, delivering innovative asset-based lending solutions in the $1 million to $20 million deal market to support private equity, owner-operated, high-growth, turnaround, and other complex refinancing opportunities. 

Todd brings over 35 years of experience in asset-based and commercial lending, capital markets, and business development across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. He has a proven track record in originating and structuring complex transactions, growing revenue, managing high-performing teams, and developing strategic relationships with private equity firms, turnaround specialists, and other key referral sources. Todd’s expertise spans middle-market and large corporate financing, syndications, and hybrid cash-flow solutions, consistently delivering results in highly competitive markets.
