TBS Factoring Service Acquires Financial Carrier Services

TBS Factoring Service acquired Financial Carrier Services, which is based in Charlotte, NC.

This acquisition is the first of what TBS hopes to be many as it grows its physical presence in key transportation markets and expands its product offerings. TBS has benefitted from access to large-scale capital under its new ownership group, which will allow it to pursue acquisitions it believes will be additive to the TBS family of companies.

The acquisition will create synergy for both companies by delivering a wider array of services and establishing a presence in a key market while continuing to allow TBS and Financial Carrier Services to service their portfolios with their current teams.
