Siska Joins Sterling Commercial Credit as Managing Partner

Thomas G. Siska joined Sterling Commercial Credit as a managing partner. He will initially be charged with building Sterling’s national origination platform.

Siska has a track record of hiring and managing teams. He has initiated four different startups and orchestrated three turnarounds. Siska’s first commercial finance turnaround sold for 15 times book equity or 10 times adjusted proforma earnings.

Siska has set up several supply chain financing and reverse factoring programs over the years. He has also worked at early stage fintechs.

Siska has written articles for commercial finance publications including the ABF Journal, ABL Advisor, Commercial Factor and The Secured Lender.
