Sallyport Provides $5MM in Funding to Hair Care Specialist

Sallyport Commercial Finance provided $5 million in funding to specialist hair care importer and distributor. This brand originated in the UK with a line of products dedicated to vegan and cruelty-free hair care and is continuing to expand in North America with the facility from Sallyport Commercial Finance, which is a $5 million facility made up of accounts receivable and purchase order financing.

The client was referred to Sallyport by a business consultant in the UK that has a longstanding relationship with Sallyport's senior management team and needed a trusted financial partner in the United States to work with the client.

The client will use the funds to build its presence in the United States, purchase inventory and take market share. In the long term, the company hopes to expand its brand and footprint across North America, gain brand loyalty and establish itself as a market leader in the specialist hair care industry.
