Sallyport Commercial Finance Provides $1MM A/R Finance Facility for Canadian Food Manufacturer

Sallyport Commercial Finance provided a $1 million accounts receivable finance facility to a Canadian food manufacturer. The business was referred to Sallyport through a U.S. competitor that was unable to finance a Canadian organization. Sallyport’s approach and ability to support the company in enhancing its accounts receivable processes ultimately helped secure the business.

The funding will support the manufacturer’s continued growth, providing an influx of working capital to pay key suppliers while the company concentrates on growing its brand and becoming a household name, both at home and then further afield.

“We are excited to work with this young entrepreneur and share our experience and wealth of knowledge to help them grow domestically and expand into the U.S. market,” Calum Williamson, managing director for Canada and North American sales manager for Sallyport Commercial Finance, said.
