ProBilling and Funding Service Acquires Assets of BBVA’s Commercial Billing Service

ProBilling and Funding Service (PBFS) from Decatur, AL, acquired the assets of BBVA’s Commercial Billing Service (CBS), which is also from Decatur.

The main business of both PBFS and CBS is auto and truck parts and service receivable billing. This buyout became effective on Aug. 20 and included all of the outstanding receivables and clients in CBS’ portfolio. 

PBFS is a division of Peoples Bank of Alabama and now services more than 300 dealerships and 100,000 customers.
