Ocean Bank Celebrates 40th Anniversary

Ocean Bank, headquartered in Miami, is celebrating 40 years of helping companies and families grow and prosper.

“Ocean Bank’s founders had a dream when they sat working with their employees inside the double-wide trailer parked where we are sitting now at our headquarters at LeJeune Road and Northwest 7th Street,” Agostinho Alfonso Macedo, president, CEO and chairman of the board at Ocean Bank, said. “Would they be impressed to see how their dream grew and thrived if they were to walk through the door right now? It makes me proud to think so.”

Ocean Bank today has 22 branches and more than $5.6 billion in assets.

“We try to pay it forward in everything we do,” Macedo said.
