MidFirst Business Credit Provides $5.5MM Working Capital Facility to We Are Alexander

MidFirst Business Credit provided a $5.5 million working capital facility to Group360 (d.b.a. We Are Alexander).

Headquartered in St. Louis and with offices in New York and Dallas, We Are Alexander provides a portfolio of integrated marketing communications services, including strategy, creative, retail marketing, packaging design and production, pre-media, photography and experiential marketing. It used the funds from MidFirst to refinance its existing loan and provide additional working capital to help facilitate further business expansion. The transaction was completed on May 16.
