Medley Merges Practice with Pahl & McCay

IFA preferred attorney Jason Medley and his firm recently merged with the law firm of Pahl & McCay. The move joins Medley with two factoring lawyers housed in California: Ginger Gonzales-Sotelo and Catherine Robertson.

The move will allow all three attorneys to provide additional substantive bench strength and geographic coverage for their respective factoring and lending clients. With the favored laws benefiting Texas factors and the new California disclosure requirements and increased need for California lending licensure, both law firms can better serve their existing and new clients.
