International Factoring Association Conducts 2025 Factoring Business Profile and Performance Survey
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., January 6, 2025 – The International Factoring Association (IFA) today announced that it is once again conducting its biennial survey to uncover critical insights into how factoring firms operate and conduct business.
By filling out the survey, factoring organizations not only gain powerful insights for their own business, but also help build a resource that drives growth and innovation across the entire industry. IFA members who complete the survey receive the full report—a $750 value—absolutely free! Non-members who participate get the report for half the price. Along with the full industry report, participants receive a customized report comparing your firm’s responses to companies of similar size and focus. Only factoring companies can complete the survey, but the survey results are available for anyone to purchase, not just factors.
“This year, we’re excited to introduce a new compensation section to the survey, providing participants with even greater value and actionable insights,” said Tania Daniel, Executive Director of the IFA. “Understanding how other factoring firms structure salaries and overall compensation is an essential advantage for attracting and retaining top talent in today’s competitive market. Success in any business hinges on effectively managing expenses, personnel, technology, and cash flow. Having the ability to benchmark your firm against similar companies offers invaluable guidance to stay ahead.”
To ensure confidentiality, the IFA has employed the services of Industry Insights, Inc., an independent, highly reputable survey research firm. No party outside of Industry Insights will have access to the surveys. This includes third-party companies, member firms and staff of the IFA. Only the Industry Insights, Inc. staff will analyze and compile the surveys supplied into a comprehensive report on the factoring industry.
Only factoring companies are able to submit data for the report. Responses must be submitted by February 7, 2025. For more information and to fill out the IFA Survey Report, please visit www.factoringsurvey.com.
