IFA Mourns Passing of REV Capital Founding Member Kuljit “Jay” Dhinsa

Kuljit “Jay” Dhinsa, who was one of the founding members of factoring firm REV Capital, passed away on Aug. 13. He is survived by his parents and three sisters.

Dhinsa was an active member of the factoring industry for more than 20 years, serving as a founding partner at Z&Z Financial before being a founding member of REV Capital.

“Jay was fun-loving, kind and empathic. He cared deeply about his relationships and had a huge heart. He had an excellent sense of humor and was fiercely loyal to those whom he held close,” Loren Shifrin, CEO of REV Capital, wrote in an email. “His coworkers and friends are mourning his loss. He was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed by those who were lucky enough to have known him.”

Dhinsa’s family will provide details on funeral services and donation preferences soon.
