Hedaya Capital Provided a $7.5 Million Factoring Facility to Shapewear Company
The Hedaya Capital Group provided a $7.5 million factoring facility to an international leading manufacturer of intimate apparel to support strategic initiatives and future plans. The Company specializes in shapewear, panty, and bra products meticulously designed with innovative features and marketed under several brand names. Founded in 1942 as a sole proprietorship, the Company has grown over three generations into a global enterprise with overseas manufacturing operations and worldwide distribution through retailers and direct-to-consumer channels, with projected 2026 sales of $50 million.
Although asset-rich with a strong balance sheet and good brands, the Company’s existing asset-based lending facility was set to expire. Company leadership sought a new financing partner with deep apparel industry expertise, the ability to navigate complex international affiliate structures, and experience separating wholesale and manufacturing receivables.

Hedaya and his team moved quickly to structure a $7.5 million facility designed to provide the flexibility the Company needed to develop and execute its strategic plan.
