Franklin Capital Announces Promotion of Steven Damon to Senior Vice President of Operations and A/R Department Head

Franklin Capital, a leading A/R, PO, and Stretch Financing company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Damon to Senior Vice President of Operations and A/R Department Head.

In his new role, Damon will oversee accounts receivable deal vetting, intake, and administration, while continuing to play a key role in managing operational processes that support Franklin Capital’s financing services. As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, he will help guide operational strategy and support the firm’s continued growth.

Damon has been an integral part of the Franklin Capital team, contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and client service capabilities. His deep understanding of deal structuring, underwriting processes, and portfolio administration has helped streamline operations and ensure strong support for both clients and referral partners.
