Flatbay Capital Provides $2.5MM CRE Bridge Loan to Commercial Fleet Repair Shop

Flatbay Capital provided a $2.5 million CRE bridge loan to a long-standing Texas commercial fleet repair shop following a temporary operational disruption caused by an extended construction delay.

The 36-month, interest-only loan secured by its owner-occupied CRE refinanced existing mortgage and SBA debt, consolidated high-cost revolving debt and vendor obligations, and provided additional working capital. With its previously disrupted service line back online, the financing gives the company time and liquidity to normalize operations and position for a return to conventional bank financing.
