Patrick brings a credit-first perspective shaped by years across private credit, distressed debt, and commercial real estate. At Smoot Investments, he managed complex transitional credit portfolios with a focus on recovery outcomes and practical resolutions across asset classes. He currently serves as a Director at Guaranty Bank and holds an active real estate license.
