First Business Bank is pleased to welcome Steven Slack, President and CEO of EK, to their South Central Wisconsin Advisory Board, where his more than 30 years of manufacturing leadership and commitment to developing the next generation of industry talent will support businesses throughout the region.

Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in leadership development, change management, quality systems development, ISO 9001, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and regulatory compliance.

A passionate advocate for the manufacturing industry, Steve has championed initiatives to grow and develop the next generation of manufacturing talent through Career and Technical Education programs and Youth Apprenticeship. He has also served on the SkillsUSA Wisconsin Board of Directors for 10 years, including five years as Chair, helping to develop the next generation of trades talent.
