Endeavour Provides $400K to Bioengineering Firm

Endeavour provided $400,000 in financing through its Small Business Innovation And Research (SBIR) program to a bioengineering firm pursuing the development of cloud-based bioanalysis and microfluidics to help assist soldiers with rapid pathogen threat detection in aerial and field environments.

The facility is secured by the firm’s SBIR award through the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory. The company will use the funds for working capital, namely staffing growth and additional contract capture efforts.

“Our team was immediately impressed by the technology being developed and the critical life-saving mission our client’s work upholds,” Chris Lay, co-founder of Endeavour, said. “It is an honor to help support these brilliant engineers, and we look forward to providing them with the scalable funding that meets their needs in a high-speed, low friction manner.”
