Dune Funding Names Kait Martin President

Dublin, OH – August 14, 2026 - Dune Funding has announced the appointment of Kait Martin as President, recognizing her leadership, industry expertise, and continued contributions to the company’s growth.

In her new role, Kait will lead Dune Funding’s strategic direction and operations, overseeing growth initiatives, financial performance, business development, and organizational strategy while continuing to strengthen client and referral relationships and expand the company’s financing programs.

Kait brings seven years of experience across finance and real estate. Since joining Dune Funding, she has played a key role in the company’s growth, expanding its invoice factoring and real estate financing capabilities and leading initiatives across underwriting, operations, and business development.
