Commercial Finance Partners Announces 3 Latest Closings

$5,000,000 SBA 7(a) — Power Bolt & Tool

We advised Power Bolt & Tool, an Orlando-based industrial fastener and tool distributor, on a $5,000,000 SBA 7(a) loan- the maximum available under the program. The structure financed 100% of the company's real estate purchase- no cash down- and refinanced its existing debt into the same loan, leaving the borrower with one payment and a dramatically better monthly picture than the debt it replaced.

$1,000,000 Conventional Term Loan — Colorado Logistics Company

For a Colorado-based logistics company, we placed a $1,000,000 conventional term loan refinancing the company's existing debt- no SBA required. Not every deal fits a government program, and it doesn't have to: the conventional side of our advisory practice handles the refinances, consolidations, and growth capital that fall outside SBA eligibility.

$750,000 AR Facility — Funded From Our Balance Sheet

A St. Louis-based contract security services company completed a second-generation acquisition financed with an SBA 7(a) loan- and the SBA lender referred the borrower to us for post-closing working capital.

The lender held a blanket first lien, so we structured an intercreditor agreement carving out receivables and inventory while preserving the lender's position on everything else- executed on the same timeline as the 7(a) closing, with the first advance funded the day after documents were signed, at a 90% advance rate.
