CohnReznick Earns Trio of M&A Atlas Awards for Transaction Work

The Global M&A Network recognized CohnReznick as the Transactions Advisor of the Year during the 13th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards. CohnReznick also earned awards for U.S. Private Equity Deal of the Year (Middle Markets) and Healthcare Deal of the Year.

Award winners were announced during the 13th annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards, which were held virtually on Jan. 26 and Jan. 27.

CohnReznick, which won the award for Transactions Advisor of the Year in 2020 as well, received the U.S Private Equity Deal of the Year (Middle Markets) for its work on MiddleGround Capital’s acquisition of Attala Steel Industries. The firm earned the Healthcare Deal of the Year award for its work on PG Dental’s merger with Allied Dental to form ProSmile.
