Charter Capital Appoints Danika Louis Chief Operating Officer
Charter Capital has appointed commercial finance veteran Danika Louis as chief operating officer, effective Aug. 31. Louis brings 25 years of experience in factoring, asset-based lending, underwriting and credit risk and will oversee the Houston-based company’s daily operations, including portfolio management, credit, underwriting, process improvement, account executives, and coordination across departments.
Louis most recently served as senior vice president, portfolio management and credit risk executive for a bank-owned commercial finance platform. There, she managed more than 150 client relationships representing over $680 million in annualized purchase volume and more than $120 million in credit exposure. Her experience also includes leading teams and developing credit strategies focused on supporting growth while maintaining effective risk controls.
The appointment comes as Charter Capital reports increased demand for its factoring services. With more than 25 years of experience providing factoring and working capital solutions to B2B companies nationwide, the company said Louis’ combination of operational and credit expertise will help strengthen its ability to manage continued growth while maintaining disciplined underwriting, portfolio oversight and client service.
