Change Capital provided $1.3MM to a national housing company specializing in athlete and team accommodations. The company delivers fully-furnished, short-term housing solutions tailored to the mobility and seasonal needs of professional sports organizations across multiple leagues.

Structured alongside existing SBA and EIDL obligations, the capital refinanced several expensive MCAs and provided additional working capital to strengthen liquidity through the off-season.  The financing positions the company for continued expansion as it diversifies into new sports verticals.
