CapitalPlus February Funding Exceeds $10MM

CapitalPlus Construction Services, a provider of accounts receivable financing for the construction industry, helped build hospitals, cell towers, wireless infrastructure and more. Its February funding enabled contractors of all types and sizes purchase materials, hire additional workers, eliminate high-interest MCA loans, take on new projects and much more.

Representative transactions included:

• $5,000,000 to a Construction Factoring Facility for a mechanical contractor in Washington state.

• $2,400,000 to a Construction Factoring Facility for a North Carolina interior and roofing contractor.

• $1,200,000 to a Construction Factoring Facility for an Arizona-based steel erection services company.

• $1,500,000 to a Construction Factoring Facility for an engineering and construction services firm in Arizona.

• $150,000 to a Construction Factoring Facility for a Texas cell tower contractor.

• $190,000 to a Construction Factoring Facility for a California-based electrical contractor.
