Capital Now Provides $1MM Credit Facility to Cannabis Producer/Processor in Meaford, ON

Capital Now closed a $1 million credit facility to a cannabis producer in Ontario. The client is a family business that cultivates and processes recreational cannabis. Canadian cannabis producers are ineligible for financing from most major institutions. As a new startup, this business was dependent on income from its first order from a provincial board and lengthy payment terms threatened its solvency. 

Since Capital Now is familiar with the provincial boards and cannabis factoring, it was able to acquire the purchase orders and the client is no longer bound by provincial payment terms.
