Bank of San Antonio Sues Former Texas Express Funding President for Fraud

The San Antonio Express-News reported that the Bank of San Antonio is suing Ronald “Wayne” Schroeder, former president of Texas Express Funding, which is the bank’s factoring subsidiary.

The San Antonio Express-News reported that Schroeder is one of several parties in a lawsuit brought by the Bank of San Antonio in Comal County, TX.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, the lawsuit alleges that Schroeder and the other parties defrauded the bank of $13.2 million.
