AtoB Announces Partnership with Murphy USA and QuickChek Corporation

Murphy USA and QuickChek have teamed up with AtoB, a commercial fuel payments and technology platform, to introduce a new business fuel card designed specifically for small and growing businesses. The collaboration brings together Murphy USA’s broad convenience store network and everyday low fuel prices with AtoB’s modern underwriting and spend-management technology.

A central goal of the partnership is to remove the obstacles that traditionally prevent smaller operators from accessing meaningful fuel savings. Many businesses—especially those with younger EINs, limited credit histories, or seasonal cash flow—often struggle to qualify for conventional fleet card programs. The new Murphy USA and QuickChek Business Fuel Cards are built to change that.

AtoB’s broader credit aperture and flexible account types, including prepaid and hybrid options, allow more businesses to get started quickly. Murphy USA leaders emphasized that the program is intended to serve local and early-stage operators who have historically been underserved by legacy fuel card systems.

New cardholders will save 20 cents per gallon for the first 12 months*, creating immediate value for small and medium-sized businesses managing tight margins. Customers fueling at Murphy USA’s more than 1,700 locations—including QuickChek stores—will be able to take advantage of these savings from the moment they activate their cards.

QuickChek customers who participate in the program and enroll in QuickChek Rewards** will also receive 1,000 bonus points and 10% off select in-store merchandise, with some exclusions.

Beyond discounts, the program provides a suite of digital tools designed to improve security, transparency, and operational control. Features include:

  • Real-time spend controls with the ability to set driver- or vehicle-specific limits

  • Category restrictions to prevent unauthorized purchases

  • Instant fraud alerts and strengthened pump-side security

  • Detailed reporting and advanced analytics

  • 24/7 customer support

  • A streamlined digital onboarding experience

  • Intuitive web and mobile dashboards for managing cards and monitoring activity

These capabilities aim to give smaller fleets the same level of oversight and efficiency typically available only to large, well-resourced operators.

Executives from both companies highlighted the importance of empowering local businesses. Murphy USA described the new offering as a meaningful upgrade to its long-standing commercial fuel program—simpler to start, stronger on controls, and clearer on savings. AtoB echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that small businesses keep communities running and deserve access to the same technology and protections as major fleets.

With fewer fees, transparent pricing, and the ability to build credit over time, the Murphy USA and QuickChek Business Fuel Cards are structured to scale alongside the companies that use them. The partnership underscores a shared belief: fuel savings and modern payment tools should be available to businesses of all sizes—not just the largest fleets.
