Access Capital Names Torres Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development

Access Capital, an independent lender to the staffing industry, named Raphael Torres senior vice president and head of business development.

Named a 40 Under 40 designee by SFNet in 2018, Torres’ experience in asset-based lending spans more than two decades. During his career at Wells Fargo, he headed the team responsible for providing financial solutions to the staffing, government contracting, and transportation industries, growing the portfolio to over $1 billion in outstanding loans and $2.7 billion in commitments.

In addition to his talent and acumen in commercial finance, Torres has exhibited expertise in advisership and team building throughout his career.
