Morrit Hock & Hamroff Promotes Attorneys in 2023

Moritt Hock & Hamroff promoted Vincent Balardi, Brian Boland, Michael Calcagni, Jacquelyn Moran, Christine Price and Kelly Schneid to partner. Lauren Bernstein, Alex Litt, Caitlyn Ryan and Jodi Zimmerman have promoted to counsel.

Balardi focuses on representing entrepreneurs and institutional clients in real estate, lending and corporate related matters, commercial leasing and subleasing, term loan, construction and mortgage financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and business contract negotiations.

Boland & Price focus on all aspects of commercial real estate and asset-based lending. They represent national, regional and private lenders in connection with commercial mortgage loans, construction loans, secured transactions, syndicated loans and loan modifications.

Calcagni focuses on complex trusts and estates litigation matters in both state and federal court. He has Representing clients in contested estate matters involving international and domestic assets, he also works with fiduciaries in their administration and management of estates and various types of trusts.

Moran & Schneid concentrate on commercial litigation and bankruptcy, including the representation of commercial lenders, landlords and lease finance companies among other complex business disputes; as well as assisting in court appointed fiduciary matters handled by the firm.

Bernstein & Litt concentrate on the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, sports law and other complex business disputes.

Ryan concentrates her practice on corporate, mergers & acquisitions and securities law related matters. She advises start-up and middle-market companies on corporate matters spanning the life cycle of a business, from formation through financing and exit transactions. 

Zimmerman focuses her practice on real estate related matters including the preparation of condominium offering plans and amendments.
