1st Colonial Community Bank Hires LaMarca, Promotes Wolfe
1st Colonial Community Bank hired Tony LaMarca as executive vice president and chief lending officer (CLO) and promoted Randy Wolfe to chief revenue officer (CRO).
As CLO, LaMarca will direct and manage the bank’s commercial lending activities, including the continued rollout and integration of the bank’s new loan origination system.

LaMarca has more than 38 years of commercial lending expertise developed in executive level positions within consumer and commercial banks throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Previously, LaMarca held positions at Customers Bank, Sun National Bank, Susquehanna Bank and Wilmington Trust FSB, among other financial institutions.
Wolfe has been with 1st Colonial Community Bank since 2016, most recently serving as the bank’s director of commercial and retail banking. In his new role as CRO, Wolfe’s responsibilities will include managing SBA lending, retail banking and all commercial non-interest revenue activities.

Wolfe has more than 20 years of banking industry experience. Prior to joining 1st Colonial Community Bank in 2016, Wolfe previously worked a combined 13 years at Commerce Bank and Republic Bank. He served in various roles, including in operations, compliance and sales.
